• The image is used to provide the AI feature you requested.
• PhotoMagic AI does not use your uploaded images for advertising purposes.

PhotoMagic AI does not directly access your device camera.

PhotoMagic AI uses the Android system photo picker to allow you to select photos or images for processing.

2.3 Generated Images

PhotoMagic AI generates images as part of its AI features.

Generated images are provided to you as part of the requested service. PhotoMagic AI does not permanently store generated images on its own servers as part of the normal service.

Temporary processing data may exist while a request is being processed or while required for the service to complete.

2.4 Usage and Diagnostic Information

We may collect technical and diagnostic information through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

13. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

PhotoMagic AI allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Users can submit an account deletion request through the PhotoMagic AI application. Users may also submit a deletion request through the external account-deletion request method provided by PhotoMagic AI.

Deletion Request Process

When an account deletion request is submitted:

1. The request is recorded for processing.
2. The request is scheduled for processing within 7 days.
3. During this period, the request may be reviewed to prevent accidental, fraudulent, or unauthorized deletion requests.
4. Once the request is processed, the PhotoMagic AI account and associated data will be permanently deleted, subject to information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for:
